How much does your daily driving cost ? (gas)

Couple weeks ago, gas was $3.19

I was driving 120 miles a day.

Car gets 27 MPG (average)

$14/day




Now gas is $2.79

Now driving only 55 miles a day, too.
(gave up the long haul when prices got too high )

$6 a day in gas . much better.

Gas is $3.10/gal..I drive ~5 mi to school, 5 mi back home, maybe 12 miles from and to work if i'm working.

Around $2-3 a day in gas.

I'd tell you, but I don't know hte wear and tear calc. Cost for windshield wiper fluid, oil, maintenance, etc.

It's not just gas you know. Should I include my $600 monthly payment?

about a dollar a day... the same as taking a bus to/from my apt. except its faster and more convenient

Distance: 8 miles round trip
Car: ~26 mpg

total: $0.80 /day

About 25km in the day. Civic Hybrid 4.5L/100km. So only a little over 1L used in a day. So may be like a $1.25/day
