Not sure exactly what you mean. If you take 2 motherboards that have the exact same specifications, chipsets, and hardware, there should not be any different. Maybe a frame or two (as some benchmarks suggest), but that's hardly anything and probably has nothing to do with the motherboard.
i generally spend a lot on my motherboards, because things just seam to work so much better. Ive bought very cheap boards (40 bucks) and had usb not work, and constant freezes, etc.
