I am 5'11 and weigh 190 fully clothed. I am not even close to fat. It depends on your body type. For a thin boned guy with little muscle mass it might be fat, but not obese. For a guy with some muscle and bigger frame it would be a good weight.

An "average American" of 2008, weighs more than your average Vietnamese,
