Where is a good place to cut hair?
I usually go to supercuts, but then the other day my friend tells me "You gotta stop getting these supercuts haircuts," whatever that means.
Are there places where haircuts are fundamentally better than supercuts?
I get my hair cut by a cute Vietnamese woman, $8 plus tip; she doesn't have any certification but she can cut circles around any of the Supercuts/Great Clips goons.
