I lift...

I run..

I do cardio

Etc, etc

And I've been eating really healthy foods as of late...

However, I was wondering if I can cut the healthy foods and eat what I like while maintaining cardio and weights and still get improvements... thanks in advance :)

Guppy,

Just my area of expertise. I'm a nutritional consultant and will tell you that nutrition plays a MAJOR role in achieving your desired results. It's not only eating the right foods, but eating them at the right time.

You might consider eating more nuts, if you are not allergic.

Instead of snarfing chips, snarf nuts. That's what we do...

More expensive than chips, but also more nutritious. :)

Sweet.. see, I was eating EGG WHITES w/ WHOLE WHEAT BREAD and other healthy goods for a few weeks. Afterwards I looked at myself and I saw nice improvements... however, it's getting hard now cuz my "diet" is so boring... and it gets really nasty at times... I just wanna go back to BIG MACS, etc, etc.. y'know.. the good stuff :)

Getting and staying in shape is extremely difficult for most. That's why such a small percentage of our population is actually "fit". Most of this is due to nutrition -- or lack of it. You have to make it a lifestyle.

I would like to reaffirm the following opinions:

Well put, both of you. Not much else I can say.
