How much does it cost to ship to the UK?

How much would it be to ship a small package to the UK from the States? What service is cheapest? thanks.

edit: i'm thinking of mailing a guitar effects pedal so the package would probably be about 2 pounds, the box would be 8x4x4 or so...

USPS small packets airmail would be around $15, no insurance available. Express mail would be about twice that, but you get $100 insurance and can buy more, plus it's trackable (regular airmail is not).

depends on the weight.

Also, you have a choice of air mail... approx 7-1- days... pr surface mail which between 4-6 weeks.
