how much does it cost to send a postcard in the mail?

I send a lot of postcards but there has been some speculation that a 0.39 cent stamp isnt required for postcards. So to save money... how much does it cost?!
 
i went to usps.com and did a search and found nothing but an article that says how much it was in 2003, im sure it has changed since then. geeeeeesh!!!!!
