How much $ does it cost to run normal things?

I know energy costs differ, but what does it cost normally to run a computer (250watt) and monitor all day (12 hours). As well as TVs, clocks, and other normal household appliances.

I just got a new roommate that leaves all his crap on 24/7 and our bill has almost doubled since he moved in.

Thanks Chris,

We have had 3 people here all along, one moved out, another moves in and uses way more than anyone else. He needs to get charged more than the rest, therefore it is not a even split.
