How much does it cost to get small scratches fixed on a car?

So, I got a pretty bad scratch about 1/2 inch long down to the metal on my car. Can detail shops fix these up? How much would something like that usually cost?

Touch paint is cheap and covers up small scratches very well. If you get it done by a paint and body shop it might be as much as $100.
