How much does DirectTV cost per month after taxes?

My cel-phone $35 plan comes to about $43 after taxes, fees, and other crap the cel-phone companies tax on. Lets say you have a $40 per month direct TV contract, how much do you actually end up paying after taxes and stuff?

I don't have my Dish Network bill right in front of me, but here is a breakdown:
Americas Choice 150 Programming - $45
Local/Superstation Package - $8
Total After Everything - $55.41

This is for the NYC area.

The worst is that you have to pay an extra $10 for ulitmate tv! I have the basic package and ultimate tv and I end up paying about $43/month. It is nice though, it will change your tv viewing habits.
Being able to pause a show or just record it with the push of a button in great.

better than paying $12.99 for Tivo.

I pay $49.99 for the season pass football promotion and an extra $9.99 for UltimateTV. After March, it goes $39.99 for just Total Choice Plus.

yeah I got DirectTV Total Choice Plus for $39.99
I think my taxes take it to $43 or so.

The TiVo for my Dish Network doesn't cost anything more per month. At startup, it was $150 instead of the normal receivers $50. Thats it.

I have that Total Choice (Total informercial is a better term) for I think $34.99 also. There's tax and stuff, I think the total bill comes out to be around $40.00 or just a little over? As much as I love satellite, it's all commercials sometimes, I mean man, I pay this company to be spammed all day? What's up with that?
