quick job $99 (will bubble within a year most likely)

GOOD job $300-$400 (for normal tint, not limo, limo tint can get up to around 600-800 depening on how dark and how big windows are)

i paid about $120 for limo tint on the two front windows, rear quarter windows and rear hatch for my Z w/ lifetime warranty

i wouldnt pay more than $100 for just rear and back .. just make sure they use a good brand (sunguard i think?) tint that wont bubble or peel

Anywhere from $100 - $200 for the back 3 depending on location in the US, shop, and quality of tint.

I've had 3M Lumar for 3yrs and couldn;t be happier. Paid $180 for 5-windows from a shop on a dusty road in a ramshackle building in Folsom. In the Bay Area it ould have run me close to $300.

Whoa - where the hell are you paying $400 for window tint? The last tint job I had was in Oklahoma, where I paid $125 or so for full Llumar metallic tint on my old Integra GS-R sedan. As far as I know, Llumar is as good or better than any other tint, and this was a 4-door car, so how could anyone manage to pay 3 times that price for tinting anything short of a stretch limo?

I dunno but thats the avg price I've seen around here...sure you can get it cheaper but its done by non-pros who just rush to get the job done and it ends up bubbling or peeling after a couple of years...

no way. 150 dollars will get you a professional job that wont bubble with any darkness you want. This is in CT

Well, you've got several options. Your phonebook should be printed and rolled into the cost of your monthly local phone service. If you don't have a physical phonebook, look online at dexonline.com and search for auto shops in your area. Call and find out. If prices near me are cheaper, you're still obviously not going to ship your car over here to do it, so look up prices in your own neighborhood and find out for yourself.

it really depends on what type of tint you are going to use, ceramic is much more expensive but blocks a lot more heat

plus if you have a gps system, the cheaper metallic tints can wreak havoc on the gps signals and the dyed metallic tints will fade to purple after a while

$59+tax for limo here in S. Florida...looks great too...1 piece on the back window.

$300-$400 is pure insanity.

I have no idea where you're getting your info from.

Good professional places charge $120-200.
And opacity of tint has nothing to do with prices.
The type of tint might (i.e. metallic), but not darkness.
