Depending on where you're shipping to (in the U.S.) it should be about $5 for USPS Priority. You could just go with a flat rate Priority box for $8.?? and be done. Weight won't matter.

Just don't skimp on packaging. Imagine the hard drive getting tossed around, dropped, and generally abused. It needs to survive that treatment.
