How much does a competitively priced dedicated T-1 line in a city cost per month?

I pay $599 a month for a full T1 line. In that price I get 8 static IP's, 50 hosted email address, the host my DNS for my web server, and the install fee only took two weeks and cost me $150.

This is in Cedar Rapids, IA.
