I usually spend around $400-$500 for our cars. When I had my mustang it was MUCH higher.

About $800 for a set of 4 tires for the cage and those will last about 40k miles. $350 for the bike and those last about 5k miles...if that.

I spent over $700 for the Accord. Got Michelin Primacys in the proper speed rating. 600 treadwear rating, and after 20,000 miles they still look brand-spanking new. Looking to get well over 80,000 miles out of them.

For the S2000, it will probably cost me close to $900 for a set of Bridgestone RE-11's when the time comes.

How are those treating you? I'm eying them for my next set but that won't be for a while.

I think I got a pretty good deal on my current set, 18" Yoko AVS Sports I got for about $150 each. Thank you Tirerack clearance!

The Advan S.4 for the finacee's car were over $200 each I believe.

a lot. my car has odd size shoes: 235/40/18, 265/40/18. Over $1K for the rubber alone at tirerack.

Close to $ 1k, if I were to go with RFT (225 45 17 F & 245 40 17 R). For regular set, about $ 500, but I can't -- thank you BMW for not putting donut!

Overkill for my kind of driving. I rare go above 120. No not mph, kmph.

Damn 150 per tire would bee sweet. Shopping for next set of tires, probably going for something that lasts longer, like all season.

Had to replace a blown out Toyo OEM on my Mazda. That was $170 for one tire. They are 225/50/17.

With mounting and balancing it comes to less than $400. It pays to have a common 15"/16" tire size.

look at Potenza RE760 Sport tires. They are 165 at that size and they are pretty good from what I read. These are predecessors from the RE750.

i just got 245-50-16 falken zeix for my 85 trans am today for 550 installed from discount. their price was a bit cheaper than sears, and it seems that that size is a bit more uncommon than it used to be.

On my Prius? $350

On my Pickup? $800

I really should replace the tires on my Z28 and I know that is going to set me back $1000+. The tires have plenty of tread, but the car is 7 years old and the tires are probably a year older than that. Rubber is supposed to be unsafe after 5 years.
