How much do you tip pizza guys?

I have one arriving in 20 minutes, but I wondered how much you guys tip them.

Update: Pizza man was given $2.72

depends on how hot the pizza is when it arrives. Also, open the box to make sure it is made correct (I hate it when cheese/meat is not put properly and I discover it after the delivery guy is long gone...although it is not his/her fault).

Good pizza arriving Hot: ~10% of your bill
Decent Pizza: ~$1-2
Semi Decent Pizza: No Tip
Not made correctly/Cold/etc: Ask for tip from the delivery person

these days the delivery guy is someone I knew from high school, so I tip him like 15%+
