@deadlyapp and @snoopy7548 Both of you are behaving like those who who believe that the Earth is flat and no more then 10,000 y/o and Sky Daddy created everything. Despite the totally lack of evidence or even what Science has long discovered.

Are you Two aware that the FDA is prevented from regulating dietary/health supplements as long as the manufacturers don't make any claims that their products are drugs, food, medicines?

Aside from Multivitamins/mineral and fish oil most of these so called supplements don't do anything at all and are just a waste of money. And that is assuming you are getting what you paid for.
So perhaps you're just angry with the definition of a supplement? Which is literally anything that you take to supplement your daily intake?

You can't pick and choose what to be angry about. I clearly gave evidence for multiple supplements that I take on a daily basis and then you indicated that those didn't matter because they weren't the supplements you were thinking of.

Sure. Ground up elk horns and dried penis powder and other crazy Chinese supplements and other such bullshit may meet your definition but saying all supplements are bullshit and not qualifying your statement is just as ignorant as the people taking that shit.

I am not angry about the definition of supplement and why would I be? You hardly provide any evidence to support your claims on supplements. Stuff such as Multi Vitamin/Mineral supplements only benefits the taker if that person actually needs them due to having low levels. And overusing them can cause major health problem for those consumening them to excess.

I provided single links because I don't need to spend more than 5 minutes trying to disprove you, but rather to show at least some objective evidence to other readers of your drivel.

Multi-vitamins and minerals are garbage supplements and you won't get any argument from me - only *possibly* being necessary for those deficient, which...ding ding ding is probably because of a shitty diet either due to choice or principle (just another version of choice).

You have now then changed the topic saying overconsumption is bad - which I don't think anyone argues with. However saying the blanket statement that supplements (taken in proper dosages and for the right reasons and right types of people) are worthless is ignorant.

I'll now step out of the thread since debating this goes nowhere.

What drivel have I been sprouting here? And I did not changed the topic as many people do think it is safe to consume large amounts of supplements so this still on Topic.

Multi Vitamins/Minerals are not garbage supplement as long as the Manufacturer does some proper control in producing them. And some people have shittly diets due to what is available in the area they live.
