Not a damn thing.
Still have student loans
Still owe about 300K on house
still owe about 300k on the condo
still owe about 15K on two cars
-ok own a third but dont run that one
- own motorcycle but its an 88 that I bought in 92.
plenty of revolving debt. and some low interest cc debt.
 
Everything but my house (rent) and my J.D. (in progress). And my cat. I'm pretty sure that he thinks he owns me.

everything. Cars icluded. Renting currently till i finish my final year of college and hopefully land a decent job and find a woman. Then ill consider not owning a house
 
Was very fortunate to get a full ride through college. This enabled me to quickly build wealth after graduation.
My wife and I own everything except for our house which we owe 122K on.
 
I own everything I own. I have never bought anything on payments except my first house which I sold 2 years later for a profit.
 
Everything but the house for me as well. Err, possibly my braces are still owned by the orthodontic office. Not really sure how that works. 😛
 
Everything but the house and the car. The car will be paid off in about 10 months, the house in about 6 years. Less than 50k total debt.
 
All the stuff in the house is paid for. The house is not, car is not (although payments are very modest after a re-fi); student loans are the largest source of my debt.
 
don't you know that everyone on anandtech are responsible millionaires that pay all their bills on time and own most of the world?

All of them but one (wife's new car - she wouldn't let me pay for it up front).

(The cable boxes are technically rented, I guess.)

I was just talking about how my wife and I use to be able to fit everything we owned in a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment. Those days are long gone 🙁

I own everything but the groceries I bought today and the tank of gas I bought yesterday. The gas is now air pollution and I plan to turn the groceries to before the grocer can repo them.
 
I am not borrowing any money. CC gets paid off every month because I don't really need to pay any interest yet. In a few years this might be a very different answer. Hopefully not too bad.
 
How can any of say you own your house? You have to pay the government every year for it. That's not ownership, that's renting.
 
Pretty much everything. I do rent an apt. I also have some minor debt from loans, February of next year is my target pay off date. I have 152 dollars on the cc.
But alas, it looks like I'll have to make car payments again. Hopefully not too soon.
