I've got the greatest sister in the world. She just came back from Cuba and she bought me a box of Romeo y Julietta (sp?, I don't have the box in front of me) Churchills. We calculate that they cost her $11 Cdn each and when I went to the local cigar store they were selling them for $50 Cdn after taxes each.

Ahhhhhhhh......... something nice to smoke on special occasions :)

I am waiting patiently for Castro to die so that the embargo to be lifted. I need to get my hands on some Cuban cigars without all of the hassle which is currently required.

My boss just brought me back some cigars from Florida. I don't know what brand they were, but they are some of the best cigars I have ever had.

Aquaman,

You lucky BASTARD! And you live in Canada to boot, so their not illegal there.

Here in The States, getting Cubans is likened to getting imported drugs. Why don't you tell your sister to hook MY ASS up next time man!

Hey Namuna,

Too bad about that embargo thing :( I do meet a lot of americans up here looking for cuban cigars.

How hard is it for Americans to travel too Cuba? If it's not too hard, take a trip. Not much to buy except cigars & coffee but the people are nice and they sure do have a lot of 50's era cars. Also its dirt cheap to stay there (even with the weak Cdn dollar).

Cheers,
