pack my own. Whenever I used to eat out at lunch time, I'd fall asleep in the afternoon. Therefore, I pack my own so I feel better.

I have a 30 minute lunch. I usually take 15.

$4 for me, partially company subsidized. Good meal; has an entree and 2 sides. Today was cheese lasagna. mixed vegetables, and potatoes.

I pack my own. Since I've started this, I've save over $150 per month for the last few month.

Usually $1.10. That is the price of a microwaveable bowl of soup/ravioli/etc plus the cost of a can of pop from the local grocery store.

Sometimes I'll bring in a sandwich or go out to eat (~$5). But on average I spend about $1.10.

It depends.

I usually go out and grab something on the go. I spend about $6 on average when I do go out.

If I pack my own or eat at home, here is my figure on spending.

1. 1 can of Chunky Chicken Noodle Soup = $2.25 a can
2. Some chips = .50 cents (1 bag is about $2.50, and I can eat a whole bag in 5 lunches, so about .50 cents).
3. Pop or juice = .50
4. a couple cookies for desert = .50 cents

So, if I eat at home or pack my lunch, I am spending about $3.75. If I eat out, I spend $6. Not that much of a difference....

As for time, I am not regulated on that aspect. I usually take about an hour if I go home. If I go out or eat here at my desk, then a lot less cause I tend to work and eat at the same time.

Usually only $2-3 because I come home. Or if it's at work I only get 15min so I bring something cheap and microwaveable that's like $1. But that gd pop machine. It has Full Thorttle and Omegas also. So that fvcking thing gets a ton of my money.

$4.32 at McDonalds (pretty much daily)... drive thru mcchicken + fruit walnut salad.

$7 - $8 if I treat myself to Ramen

$10.50 on Fridays... good entree + soup at a restaurant, or only $8 if I dont like the soup that day

I spend an average of $6 a WEEK as I usually go out only once. The other days I pack my luch, normally a sanwitch, carrots, apple, chips, and some other snack thing (like dried mangos, nummy!)

Sometimes I eat out more than once a week and sometimes I pack my lunch for the whole week, it just depends. If I go out it's usually for Teryiaki or to get a Costco Chicken Bake

Oh, and my break is sorta as long as I want though the usual time they say is an hour. I normally take ~20 min unless I have a book, then I go the full hour.

I use to buy but then I realized how much money i save packing my own food, and that's what I do. My leftover's are better than anything i can buy in the cafeteria anyways. Hooray for asian moms.
