How much do you pay for internet?

I currently live in Turkey, which has very expensive internet packages that don't perform well.

I pay $25.00 for 8mbps which turns out to be 200kbps.

I pay about $45 a month with nearly a GBPS.

I don't think they lowered the speeds though, I used to have a turbo package from Time Warner but then cancelled it and I don't see a difference.

$45 a month for ~300kbps. I need to look into some other options.

$180 and change for 80/20 mbps. Only other choice is $140 for 10/1 mbps. And with 80 mbps (which actually hits 100 mbps), I still get stuck buffering on Netflix. Thank you, Verizon? Fucking douchebags.

$370/mo.

For T1 at 1.5mbs, and 3g wireless internet at 1.5mbs (which runs at like 57.6kbps - dialup speed).

So I get like 200KB/s downloads with my setup for that price.

I have TV bundled, but before that I was paying around $80 a month for 50/10, that has been increased to 100/25 I believe (even though I generally only average around 75/25).

With TV, I am paying around $155 a month.

$32.99 CAD plus tax for 25 Mbps down / 7 Mbps up.
Cap is 300 GB, but it's unlimited after 2 am until 8 am, and upload is unlimited all the time.

But that's just because I'm paying for basic DSL. I switched from VDLS2 25/7 to 6/1 DSL at another company (but with the same infrastructure), but they forgot to change my line. I couldn't get my DSL modem to work when the account transferred over. So on a lark I tried the VDLS2 modem with the new account and it worked. Then I just bought a VDSL2 modem off eBay and have been on 25/7 ever since.

Interestingly, 25/7 isn't even available anymore as an option. It's 25/10 now, but I'm still stuck at 25/7 not surprisingly.

$50 for 75/75. Was trying to work in the 150/150 for $65 but verizon wasn't taking it. I'm happy with my service. Surprisingly I don't have any issues with netflix. Movies and shows take about 15 seconds to start and another 2-3 for HD to kick in, but definitely acceptable for me for $7/month. Should I be expecting better?

Free.

I work for an ISP. They give us the fastest speed we can get.

Unfortunately I can only get 6.0 DSL where I live 🙁 It works well though.

$50 per month for, I dunno, whatever Comcast sells at that price range. Speedtest consistently gives me 30Mbps, but I'd call it 12-20Mbps effective when streaming from, say, Netflix.
