For all the engineers out there, be a little more realistic and use annual salary/3500. This will account for all the screwage you get thanks to no overtime pay but expected overtime work.

(oh, and it really pisses me off when I'm being "sold" for time and materials and only receive my normal 40 hours per week, even if I work 75 for which the company gets paid for the full 75. Sounds fair?!?! :whiste: )
