I'm writing a paper on NASA. The subject/thesis has to do with how NASA changed at the end of the Cold War. The agency was formed in 1958 as a result of the Sputnik crisis. After the Soviet Union broke up, NASA moved to employ many of the world-competitive scientists and engineers residing in the former U.S.S.R.
An interesting fact, the Russian counterpart of a NASA ISS engineer now makes less than a waiter or other low-profile worker (in Russia).
I can write this by myself, but as its due tomorrow, a little extra brain-storming couldn't hurt. Feel free to spout off random facts or whatever. Thanks.
