I have a paltry $203 total from both... no debt though... :( but so much for saving up for a car... a new motorcycle is looking more realistic right now. :(

I feel you man, i planning on buying a house in LI by years end. One thing is its gonna be two family, and i'm gonna live in the apartment section. This way, i can rent out the larger part and knock off about 1800 in mortage a month.

I had just over 7 grand 30 days ago. Now it's back to 3200 (bought a car with my chick). It's depressing, but I get paid tomorrow so I'll be back over 4k. yay.
