How much do you guesstimate utilities cost for an apt?

I'm looking around for an apt in North Jersey in someplace like Ironbound, Harrison, Jersey City, Newport, Hoboken - around there (student in Newark). I want to get an idea of how much i'd be spending each month + rent. So, what's the range for utilities?
 
I dunno about your area or how large your place is, or how many people are living with you, but my utilities for a 1500sq foot apartment with 3 people is usually right around 180 a month, although last month it was 373.65 because one of my room mates is a fat PoS without a job who has a penchant for fresh air, however Summertime in Florida is brutal, so he chose to remedy the problem by setting the AC to 67 and leaving the windows open during the day time (when we were at work).
