How much do you figure you spend on GAS a month?

I got a print out from my bank of my Visa Check card (just for gas purchases)

I drive a car that gets ~ 24mpg.

My total came to $190

This sucks because I am quitting my Job and looking for a new one (current position is getting layed off anyways)

We have 2 cars

1999 Cherokee - 18-23 mpg - 2000 miles last month
2000 Neon - 26-31mpg - 1600 miles last month

gas is roughly $1.48 here, on average.

Not much. My Altima typically gets 27-28mpg in mixed driving and takes around 12 gallons or so for a fillup (roughly $15 here in Atlanta). Since I ride my bike to work about 99% of the time, my car rarely leaves the driveway so I only need to fill it once or twice a month.😀

i am about 12 miles from work

and go to my real home every weekend and back 90 miles so 180 miles + 12*10 = 300 miles + whatever i drive in addition to work and home

he was a manager of a co-op bank.

he used to come home for lunch or to use the rest room.

My car gets 12mpg city and 15-18mpg highway. Though I drive 15 minutes roundtrip for work each day so it's not a whole lot. Most of my commute is done on weekends (40 miles each way) when I go visit my g/f (and thats not every single weekend).

I'd say about $60 - $80 per month.

Cars Rated Milage 16 City, 26 Highway, I usually get about 20 or 21mpg. Buying midgrade gas, Usually about 60 to 70 bucks per month.

I take mass transit (bus) to/from work 5 days a week so that really helps cut down on the driving.

Most of our driving is done within a 10 mile radius of our house, I average around $40 a month that's two fill ups of unleaded.

No more than $50 a month. That includes a 150 mile trip to Dallas and back once a month, and driving around town. About 3 fill-ups at $17 each on premium gas.
