How much do I save with an LCD monitor?

If I switch from a current

19" IBM CRT

to a

22" Viewsonic LCD

and keep it on for about 10 hours a day

How much $$ would I save over a month?

According to ViewSonic, you'll save about 2/3. Assuming a 22" LCD uses 38 watts and you leave it on for 10 hours/day for 30 days/month, that's a savings of 22.8 kW or probably $1.50 - $2.00.
