How much did the George Floyd case affect the rise in civil strife like store robberies by minorities?

Some liberal cities loosened robbery laws. So probably have to consider how much they were motivated by the Floyd video and trial.

So if there was no George Floyd video of the incident with the police would the current rise in lawlessness like smash & grab robberies never have happened anywhere near the level it is now?

Some will argue that it's not civil strife and that it's just making money. edit: Others will say it is civil strife or rebellion so we'll try to figure this thing out.

Aw come on there aren't even any nukes in the thread. And beside that progressives would seem to be in tune with the premise of the thread title.

Stupid thread is stupid. Robbery is a state crime and a felony. Cities can't "loosened robbery laws".

Is op the r word?

(I figure I should be able to use the r word when it's in a legitimate context, but alas, eye of the beholder, I just wont chance it.)

Please tell me PlanetJosh what are your feelings about the smo in Ukraine? Do you support this?
What do you think about Putin?
Do you think Russia should be able to annex property from neighbors ?
Can I annex your wife?
Inquiring minds need to know.

So let's see, many on the forum are worried WW3 may happen and think some people have a warped or silly idea of how WW3 is going to happen. Is that important in the middle of an actual WW3?

Oh maybe very very few on the forum are worried WW3 may happen. Maybe a poll should be taken on it to see how many. But conducting such a poll would lend support to my posts to a degree. Which would look like I'm being taken seriously on some points. Can't have that now can we.

If most of the forum members say they are just engaging in good natured joking around with me then I would wind up looking like I'm accepted. Can't have that now can we.

And isn't complaining to admins about someone a little bit iffy. Now iffy isn't a ban worthy implication or word in this situation.

Please provide specific example of cities changing state laws on robbery.

There's this one but I'm not sure any city caused the state to change the law to a $950 limit. But I think the article implies cities applied pressure to the state.

And how does your GF, and you by proxy, feel about the SMO in Ukraine?

Just so everyone is aware, it’s not just Russia, it’s also the Chinese. Both appeared to have increased their meddling in the mid term elections as well.

Ruin my Christmas, there's still time unless you're living in Japan or somewhere near that area.
