BTW I want to clarify something, people shouldn't count mortgage as a debt, it should be thought of as an investment.

18K in CC debt
346K in mortgage
47k in vehicle debt

And before anyone jumps on me about living within my means and all that nonsense, don't worry I can pretty much handle this, while still contributing to my 401k, my kids stock accounts and pay most things with cash.

346K mortage and 18K CC? If you can afford to finance a 300K+ home you make some serious jack. If you can't pay off the CC debt in full then you are living way beyond you means or you manage your money like sh!t.

$17K student loans for my first year of law school. I'm lucky that I don't have any debt from undergrad, I got a break from FL's sweet lottery-funded scholarship program and the Federal Pell Grant/work study program, which pretty much took care of everything. Also about $500 in CC debt, thinking about selling some stuff to pay it off.

I think I still owe about $10,500 on my truck. I pay off all my CC's every month so my truck is the only debt I have.

85k - Mortgage
12.5K - Intrepid
14k - Durango

Will have them all paid for in less than 6 years....out of debt before I'm 40!

$0.00 to the world. $11,332.80 to my mom for my car. Although, had I gotten a job directly out of college instead getting screwed with the sh!tty economy, that would have been paid off already. Dammit.
