How much debt do you have?

I've got about $156 in debt currently, but that will be eradicated when my Amex bill gets mailed tomorrow.

no, Allegheny College, 60k/year for the 2 of us plus books (1k per year per person). Very expensive. I have forgone thinking about med school becuase the cost is just too much so i'm going to grad school so i get paid

Without house and car, $12K. However, that debt was accumulated so I could fix up a friend's house so they could sell it. When the house sells (within the next 60 days) I will get a check for $16.5K and the debt will be retired.

Why? I mean it's not like that's Harvard or anything. Allegheny College is a place I've rarely ever head of. Unless you are going to a top 20 school I wouldn't pay that much for education.

We decided that we would not buy a house until everything else was paid off. That happened in October, 2 weeks later, we bought a house. It was tough, but we made it through.
