how much data can you actually fit in a 80 min cdr?

I know that a 80 min CDR corresponds to 720 MB.
But how much data can you actually put on it? Is it really 720? or is it like 640 or something like that?

You can burn up to 702 mb onto an 80 minute cd. Maybe a little more with overburning it, but this is about the limit

That's for a 74 min CD-R. An 80 min CD-R should be right around 700 MB of data.
