Here's my rig specs though:
MSI SLi Platinum
AMD 939 X2 4200+ @ 2.42GHz
2GB Kingston Value RAM
500GB WD SATA2
Creative x-fi
nVidia 7800 GT

Planning on upgrading the GFX card... wld like a DX10 card!

You should be fine for the most part, although it also depends on what type of game you're playing / planning to play.

I gotta admit your quote there josh is pretty much on the money I will give the 8800 tho a slight lead in IQ which might tun around again for Ati's favor when EATM is working right.
