How much could I under clock a 1700+ TBred-A?

How much could I under clock a 1700+ TBred-A? I am having some stability issues with my 1U server, it is crashing once every week. I think it due to heat. Right now it is running at stock voltage of 1.5V and 133Mhz Bus.

what are your temps?

The CPU runs around 52C to 54C and the case temps are about 45C-48C according the onboard diode from Biostar. The board is a Biostar M7VIG PRO. The case is a 1U so its only 1.75in tall and takes a low profile CPU cooler.
