How much could I sell my HD 5770 Vapor-X for my next upgrade?

I got a Sapphire HD 5770 Vapor-X 1gb. Put that in my computer 3-4 months ago. NEver overclocked it. I saw on some site here in Quebec selling 5770's for 160-180CAD...

Is this too high of a price if I ask like...140CAD for a 4 months old card?

I'd get a GTX 460 to replace it...

How are the 5770's selling now?

I don't think the amount invested would make up for the performance gained of a 460. But that's just me. Also are price checks allowed? I thought they were not.
