After going decades without drinking any I've got quite the addiction going. I'm up to 1/8th of a cup every day

Eh, I'd say about three 8-oz cups a day on average. Regular of course, decaf is for nubs.

That's for weekdays. Weekends it varies between maybe one cup to three cups a day.

Between 0 and 8. Typical day is 4 cups, though. I also drink other caffeinated beverages including tea (green, white, black), energy drinks (less now than I used to, maybe 1-2x a month), and yerba mate (rarely).

About two cups a day, first thing I do when I get to work is get a 16oz. cup of coffee.

Speaking of drinking coffee, anyone have any recommendations for a good travel mug or general mug? ~20oz. would be good. I feel like I should stop using the large styrofoam cups at work.

Most days, I make 2-10cup pots of coffee. If my wife is lucky, she’ll get one cup out of each...otherwise...mine...ALL MINE!

I have a Contigo Extreme Stainless Steel 16oz mug and it's awesome. Amazon is out of stock, but here's a link:

I use a Zojirushi for travel and it's good at keeping heat in, but not as good if you want to drink directly from it. I just use regular ceramic mugs at work and home to drink from. I don't really like drinking from anything with plastic, and the standard tumbler/travel mugs are hard to keep completely clean.

20oz during the week, as much as I feel like making on the weekends.
