Anyone know what sweet spot I should be shooting for? I'm planning on trying to oc my 640 to over 4Ghz in a p180 case with a p5dl2 board.

Thanks!

Anything more than 30-35cfm is in the realm of diminishing returns for the Ninja. A 120mm Nexus works nicely. It's hard to imagine a setup where you'd need more than 40-45cfm with a Ninja.

The heatsinks are on the MOSFETS. I think that's what he means. As the MOSFTES are around the CPU, and have heatsinks on them in some cases, and so would be cooled by an si-120.

Yes Thermalright heatsinks not only cool the CPU but also the rest of the MB and RAM. Although the Ninja may cool the CPU a few degrees better, your motherboard will be hotter.

Both the Ninja and SI-120 need very little airflow to be effective. A huge 190 CFM Delta fan gave me 2-4C better than a very quiet 60 CFM fan.

Not worth the ear ache.
