how much can i overclock a Pentium III 550E (Flipchip)?

ok guys, i wanna over clock my cpu,
i got a pentium iii 550 (flipchip) socket 370

how much can i overclock this baby? i want the most
reliable speed, what should be my goal, what do these
do?

i have a Abit BX-2 board.
