How much can I expect to pay for a digital camera w/ these features?

I want a digital camera that has optical zoom (even 2x is fine), has 2.1 MP, can be hooked up to a tv and has a USB connection. The main concern is price, followed by picture quality, and finally size. Any suggestions or websites? I really like the Canon's, but I was hoping for under $300. Thanks.
