I know I eat alot, but I just complied my caloric intake for yesterday, which is about average, and I was shocked!
This is how my normal meal plan goes:
Breakfast 2 bowls of cereal (normally off brand cimmimon toast crunch)- 6 servings (130 cal/serving)=780+3cups whole milk475.2C=1255 calories for breakfast.
Lunch (at least recently) 1 DBl quarter pounder with cheese, large fry, large drink, 3 McChickens.
Dbl quarter pounder 680cal
large fry 400cal
large pop 480cal
McChickenx3 1110cal
total for lunch 2670 cal
Dinner: 1ft long roast beef sub (subway) extra cheese 650cal
2 double chocolate cookies 418cal
32oz pop 480cal
total: 1432Cal for dinner
Total daily calories: 5370.2 calories!! OMFG!
