how much cache on cpu???

I have an athlon 64 3200 and i got it about 4 months ago... i was wondering how i could find out if it is the 512 kb or 1024kb cache on l2 im pretty sure its 1mb but i just want to make sure stock speed is 2.0 ghz but jumps to 2.2 when cpu load is up....thanks
