It has a 30/19 = 157% increase in perimeter and a (30/19)^2 = 249% increase in surface area (assuming equal aspect ratio).

Assuming you are refering to Apple's 30" LCD and a typical 19" LCD,

the 16:10 30" LCD has a viewable area of 29.7" and an area of 396.447in^2, and the 4:3 19" LCD has an area of 173.28in^2, so the 30" LCD has a 129% larger area.

the 30" LCD has a resolution of 2560x1600 and the 19" LCD has a resolution of 1280x1024, so the 30" has 212.5% more pixels
