How much bandwidth do these Distributed projects use a day

I currentely am in college and my college had a Ridicilous 3 GB/day (Upload+Download) bandwith limit. I just wanted to know how much Bandwith do the various projects use.
thanks.

It varies widely. When I did F@H earlier, it could do 150MB of upload per day, not counting download!

On the other hand, if you run PrimeGrid and choose a long LLR project, like the Prime Sierpinski Problem, transfers can be just a few bytes, once every few days!

Edit: Most projects are closer to the latter than the former.

I have 28 computers running different projects 24/7.
I use approximately 250 -300 MByte/day up- and download, whoich however also includes one PS3 doing Folding@home (which uses more) and two running DPAD (which downloads 250K once a week and uploads 50k once a week). Per computer? approximately 10 - 20Mbyte/day (upload + download).
