CH3COOH (60 g/mol) + NaHCO3 (84 g/mol) -> CH3COONa + H2CO3

You want the molar ratio to be 1:1 so you don't have anything left over, so 84 grams of baking soda to 60 grams of vinegar (provided it's 100% acetic acid)

I'm too lazy, but you'd just find the densities of each and convert that to volumes
