How much AS adhesive do I need to use in order to stick blue orb on northbridge??

what is the best amount of AS adhesive to put in order to get maximum heat transfer from northbridge to a blue orb??

Here is the link to the application page. It has very important information about mixing the epoxy with arctic silver thermal compound so you can remove the thing later.
