Im already around 300 for just my daughter, who brings home straight A's, behaves like a princess, and who i love very much. My wife, i havent even started, but here is what she got me, a 13k bike, 500 worth of titleist irons, and my trip to myrtle beach in the summer. Last summer, that was like 7 bills. So, to keep up, i gotta hit 1k at least. She has a vehicle, so i will never be able to compare really, but i will try. Maybe a cruise next summer???

Just for the record, he wants more speakers, what a n00b.

Anyway, I already got my dad his gift and we installed it in his car (Alpine headunit), now I need to find something for my brother and mom....

I'm covered for the women in my family now that my gf works for a handbag designer. Free designer purses & wallets for all! :D

Now I just need to get my gf & dad something...should be a fairly inexpensive Christmas.

Between ATOT SS and immediate family, I've spent about $120 (and that's about all I'm going to spend).

Damn people, SAVE your money. I'm not sure how much we're spending but I don't think it's over $700 and that's for family and friends. We don't go crazy with gifts, I'd rather save the cash.

I'm a poor college student. I have a steady income... no gf. I'll just pick up something for my dad, and 2 of my cousins. Under $100.

About $190 for 8 kids so far. Hoping not to spend more than $300 for everyone else.

My wife and I aren't buying each other gifts, because if we want something we just buy it. So that leaves my two brothers, my mom and dad, and a couple other people. Probably around $500.

Not the spendathon I thought it was going to be. We used to do one present each for me and my family. Then I married into a family that is a little more well off and they buy each other several presents each. We had to sell stock to have enough money for presents. There is not enough room under the 14 foot tree that they get every year. we spend like 3 hours opening gifts. I get a lot but I also have to give a lot and about evens out. Not sure if this is good or bad...

$250ish. I'm a single student, so I'm pretty much just getting stuff for my parents, and aunt, and some small stuff for some friends.

I've spent $2000 in gift cards for friends & extended family, probably another $2000 for my wife, $1000 for the kids, and another $1000 on family (parents, brother, sister). Gotta love having a large family!

About $2500 total -- We buy for about 30+ people or so. This is everyone we buy for:

me
wife - mine
2 kids - mine
2 dads - hers and mine
2 moms - hers and mine
stepmom - mine
3 other kids - 2 for my sister, 1 for my wife's brother
2 brothers - hers
2 sisters - hers and mine
1 brother-in-laws - mine
1 sister-in-laws - here
2 grandparents (used to be 3 but lost one recently) - hers
3 office coworkers (I own 1/2 the business) - mine
2 teachers for the kids
mailman
3 other kids (my wife babysits at home for a living)
4 other people in the family (name out of hat gift exchange considering there is about 40+ other family members that get together on christmas day)

Sadly I pay for all of it except for whatever the wife gets for me, and she covers the kids she babysits. That's it.

About $3-350.

The BULK of that is for my 8-year old daughter ($200 or so) then $100-150 for the rest of the family...that consists of my nephews.

I don't buy my parents or siblings presents...reasoning is Christmas is for the kids...that's where the $$$ should go to.
