How much are roses usually???

I'm going to try to buy some for my mother tomorrow for Mother's Day because I won't be around this weekend... I can't afford the delivery... so I'm going to get my friend to deliver it to her (or something ghetto like that ) ...

I'm honestly very strapped for cash right now, was wondering how much a dozen would cost, or how much tehy'd be individually... or what types they come in and such??

Anybody a pro at this? Sorry if I sound really vague and off

If you ask any girl, roses aren't all that important. Most girls would rather get a nice (and cheaper) spring bouquet. Besides, the price of roses gets totally jacked up around the holidays.

I think roses are overrated.

I was at the mall today and got my mom a spring bouqet of flowers carved from hand soup. Its pretty and it smells like soup. It cost me 8.50.

I was goign to have a bouqet of orchids delivered to my mom, but then since she doesn't work on sunday, I'm looking for something else.
