How much airflow do I need for a stock i7 860 and 5870?

Run your computer under load and check your temps. Then do it again with the case's side panel removed. If the temps drop, you could benefit from more airflow. I'd have at least 2 intakes if it was mine. Do you already have a case you're trying to work with or are you trying to figure out a case to buy for the new parts?

I have an Antec 1200, but want something quieter. Plus I think it would be strange to have a setup at stock speeds in that type of case.

I was looking at the Thermaltake Element G and Element S. They have large (200-230mm) low rpm fans.

I looked at possibly upgrading from my Cooler Master Stacker 830 into an HAF chassis. I looked at reviews for the 932 and the 922. I would buy the 922 over the 932. I personally don't like the plastic clips holding the PCIe and PCI cards in place. Just a personal preference but the experience I have had with my 830's thumbscrews have been great.
