Ok, I've had issues w/ the Creative X-Fi and Nforce 4 Chipsets, read the negative posts but now issues with Intel X38 ???
I want answers & I'm starting to think "Class Action" against Creative for faulty X-Fi hardware.
I just installed the lastest drivers on a brand new build and most of the time the system boots fine but I just experienced the white noise, driver BS glitching on a cold boot and I absolutely know its a "Creative X-Fi issue".
Build is a ASUS P5E , everything running perfect before installing the X-Fi, and now, I've heard excessive white noise and glitching on boots, (same as on a previous NF4 Chipset).
Did Creative get away with something or what???
I'm very close to looking into a class action law suit against Creative for faulty hardware and I'd like some opinions out there. What is the failure/conflict rate with X-Fi cards on different systems?
Please feel free to post away ...
