it depends on the psu. if it is a good quality psu, such as an antec, enermax, fortron etc, then it will be good for normal use and ok for overclocking. if it is a generic, stay away.
That list on that site didn't have GF6600GT, so I selected 6800. Along with the rest of the stuff, it said I should have a minimum of 335W. I guess 430W will do. Thanks, guys.
Also bare in mind that its not just wattage that is important in PSU's. You want under/over current/voltage protection as well and these features are usually only found in the higher wattage models. An extra 20% on your purchase could save you a fortune in blown motherboard, cpu & ram. This would also have the added benifit of letting you add more devices later on without have to upgrade your PSU, also a good PSU is paramount to system stability
Get a Kill-A-Watt meter and you will know exactly how much power you are using. Any electrical device plugs into it and it has a few measurements over time to determine your actual useage.
