Go to your CPU manufacturer's website and look through the technical documentation. It really won't take you long.

It's an AMD T-Bird 1.4Ghz and I can't find anything about it on the AMD site.

Typical power consumption when operating within specification is 65W. Mamximum power consumption when operating within specifications is 72W.
