300W is more than enough. System probably draws less than 150 peak. Even if you add a DVD drive and whatnot. Contrary to popular belief it's not always necessary for high watt output PSUs, especially like something you are doing. Anandtech did an article on this.. Article

This Silverstone 400w would be plenty of power for that system and at $30 for a quality PSU it's hard to pass up. It will also give you a little headroom for expanding in the future if you wish

I'd think that not overclocked, with integrated video and only one hard drive, the setup won't need over 100W. I believe SPCR has tested idle speeds of similar setups at under 50W from the wall.
